MONORAIL COCKPIT SUNVISORSOur simple, yet well engineered sunvisor systems offer a variety of customized designs and applications. Neutral density gray and high visibility green sunvisors attach to rail systems for airliners and business aircraft alike. These systems allow for a large range of adjustability within the cockpit to block the sun from nearly any direction. Short rails, long rails, or visor systems on articulating arms, we can adapt our sunvisor system to fit almost any aircraft.

COCKPIT ROLLERSHADESUtilizing neutral density film blocking 99% of UVA and UVB, as well as providing cockpit heat rejection & light attenuation for increased cockpit visibility and comfort, our rollershades are approved for every phase of flight. They bring comfort and safety to the cockpit, and are often integrated into the cockpit liners giving a clean look and uncomplicated, uncluttered functionality.

OVERMOLDED GRAB HANDLESSometimes getting in and out of the cockpit can be an undertaking of its own. While commercial aircraft have no doubt improved in this regard, Rosen gives pilots a solid, aircraft grade aluminum grab handle which is then overmolded with rubber for easy cockpit ingress & egress. CABIN WINDOW SHADES With designs for both airliners and business jet aircraft, Rosen produces sunshades for windows within the aircraft cabin as well. Options include pull down shades, lever actuated manual shades and motorized, CMS integrated shades with local, cabin wide and cockpit controls. Our system can be adapted for use in most aircraft with options including tactile button controls as well as the ability to develop touchscreen interfaces.

COCKPIT FIXTURESRosen also designs and manufactures many metal and composite fixtures throughout the cockpit including chart holders, ipad mounds, hooks for headsets, jackets, uniforms and trash bags, as well as grab handles and other metal and non-metal fixtures within the cockpit. Rosen machines and manufacturers each fixture and assembly to the highest AS-9100 standards, right here in Eugene, Oregon and can create any small part required.
